Manufacturing Pathways

Hands-On Training

The Hub works with the Allen County Educational Services Center to address the skills gap crisis through engineering and advanced manufacturing STEM pathways for adults and students in all Allen County schools.

The Pre-Engineering Technologies Pathway serves as a dynamic cross-sector bridge to two key career pathways: Engineering and Advanced Manufacturing. Our integrated approach equips students with transferable skills that align with both modern industry demands and regional workforce needs.

High school students can design a personalized learning experience and explore in-demand career fields through the Pre Engineering Technologies Pathway. Students may earn industry-recognized credentials, participate in experiential learning opportunities, and earn in-house specializations upon graduation.
